We are a well-regarded team of professionals who provide finely researched solutions to challenging business problems.
Our team is derived mainly from the big four professional services firms. All our partners / principals have worked for a decade or more for PwC / Deloitte/EY across offices and territories.
RNM & Co was found in FY 2011-12. The firms current managing partner has deep private equity and financial services experience. We are actively involved with fund raise mandates, diligence and transaction advisory work. Our current sweet spot is small to mid-tier transaction which typical transaction values being in the range of US$ 5 to 100 million. We closely work with leading family offices on an end-to-end solution basis.
Separately, our firm has a strong track record of implementing pioneering solution in the field of domestic and international tax. We work across industries with our client base spread across financial services, technology, aerospace and industrials.
